Yes, your comment is correct. I am quite surprised that KMT
is mentioning LCC's layoffs of engineers.
Both you and I know that any signifcant amount of work is driven
by new technology or new sprectrum allocated by agency like FCC.
As long as one of them keeps happening LCC will do fine, so are
many of my friends at LCC.
