Our house is a Victorian style, but is only 15 years old. You don't find wood floors here in new homes unless you specifically pay for them when building--I guess they're more expensive. I must have missed all this last week- didn't realize you were ready to make an offer on another! Does it have a pic on line? The rooms sound good sized- the bedrooms especially! DId you describe it on more detail somewhere? Do you LIKE it??
