FM - First, you have yet to speak with management as Rick is hired IR. I understand you will be speaking with someone in management tomorrow. Second, OGPS is waiting to incorporate some pending future events into their filing document so a truer picture of the company is presented (like qualifying for a NASDAQ listing). It is anticipated that the filing will take place by the end of September (months before the deadline for OGPS) or earlier. Perhaps you could broach that question in your conversation with management tomorrow.
