Here is the answer to the question that has recently been the topic of discussion. Sorry it took so long but I was in meetings most of the day. The $.20 private placement was approved by the ProNetLink.com Board of Directors on Dec. 15, 1998. The placements were filled between January 13 and February 15, 1999. I believe that the stock price on Jan 13, 1999 was $.76. Thank you for your support.
