I am not sure of Anschultz's holdings. The 5/27 transaction was the Bell South buying 10% of Qwest, which came almost exclusively from Anschultz's holdings. Yet even after that, I understand he still owns somewhere around 40% of the company.

I think that previous to that he held around 50%, so it fits the 10% purchase amount. But I don't know. I should be getting a quarterly report soon, so perhaps in there is gives percentage ownership.
