Innofone Canada Signs 5000th Customer

TORONTO, CANADA--Innofone.Com, Incorporated trading (OTCBB-INNFE)
formerly (OTCBB-INNF) announced that its Canadian operating
company has signed its 5000th customer.

Innofone has experienced a significant acceleration in sales since
entering into an agreement with Adcom Solutions to augment
Innofone's sales efforts. "The addition of the Adcom direct sales
team has helped us achieve the first stage of our new sales plan
in record time," said Innofone.Com President, Larry Hunt. "They
have taken us from roughly 500 customers to the 5000 level in just
three months."

" While we fine-tuned our sales program, Adcom focused its efforts
in the Ottawa and Montreal areas selling the GLR directly to
consumers and small businesses," Hunt explained. Innofone's GLR
(TM) (Guaranteed Lowest Rate) calling program has been widely
accepted by Canadians as the superior product in the Canadian
market.

"In light of the phenomenal success we have experienced over the
past few months we are opening a new direct sales center in
Toronto on September 15th," Hunt continued. The new Toronto
office will be dedicated to direct sales to small and medium sized
business clients, and will be home to Adcom's top performing sales
team members. Hunt went on to say, "We anticipate that the new
sales center will help build Innofone's business client base at an
extremely rapid pace, and will in turn have a substantial and
positive impact on Innofone's bottom line. As Canada's busiest
long distance market, a stronger profile in Toronto is key to
achieving our next level sales target."

After several months of Beta testing, Innofone.Com has also
introduced a new client entry system, designed by Datex
Corporation, Innofone's billing alliance. Any of Innofone's sales
team s can now access the software from any location via the
Internet. At the same time, the new system allows Innofone to
maintain control over the process. "It gives us the best of both
worlds," Hunt explained. "It enables us to grow at break neck
speeds while continuing to ensure the high standard of service our
customers have come to expect from us," said Hunt.

Innofone.Com has a filing pending to become Fully Reporting under
the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. An "E" has temporarily
been appended to the Company's ticker symbol, INNF. The "E"
signifies that Innofone.Com is not current in filings with the
Securities and Exchange Commission as a result of changes to the
rules, which have recently been implemented. Innofone.Com is not
currently subject to the reporting requirements but its Attorneys
in New York are finalizing the documentation required for filing a
SB2 registration statement with the SEC. When that registration
statement becomes effective, Innofone.Com will be considered
current in its filings.

Innofone.Com President, Larry Hunt stated: "As Innofone continues
its growth, keeping its shareholders and the investment community
well informed concerning our business and innovations to our
products and services, will continue to be a high priority.
Becoming a reporting company is a step in our continued growth,"
Hunt concluded.
