I want to know how it can be a shell when I was told they exchanged stock for a bottled water company. And what happened to the oil and gas assets that the initiator of this thread was talking about so glowingly? I don't think they can hide forever with a phony Nasdaq symbol and with multi-state distribution of stock. If it's a shell corporation,I want to know why it remains on Nasdaq and when and why it became a shell. What is MVP stock worth and how did they make it restricted stock when before we had a free-trading stock.
