Seems the total sale price would not even cover the commission, but he said he'd wave that due to "special circumstances". L End result, I phoned in my proxy vote and voted against EVERYTHING. Do you suppose a major portion of NO votes will give Damian the idea stockholders are less than joyfull with his performance? Probably not, but it felt good to vote NO! Jim J
