Kevin, Yes, I think it is very good news
They have now jumped into the world of REPORTING companies!
The good things are :
everything is as they said or as what I heard before.
Number of OS shares are what we expected.
15MM authorized : this is small!!
etc..
They are in good shape I think as their deficit is not big
and they have zero revenue from autosmart in this report
Not everything is rosy in this report though and I think
it would be great to discuss some items on the thread.
