I forgot to answer this post from earlier. Your scenario is getting a little ahead of itself. Its not that bad yet. No doubt they have a lot of pull in Colombia. There is concern now at the border areas of Panama, Venezuela, and Peru. There is scattered skirmishing in all these areas. Unfortunately, down there its hard to tell one gang from another. Some of those drug runners are very good to the townspeople, and the police/military are seen as enemies.
