Took a look at proxy dated 4/23/99. It shows mgmt. gp. owns abt. 561,000 shares, which leaves a little over 1 myn in float on that date. But comment on Yahoo quoted chairman as saying float today is 1.7 myn, with abt. 2.2 myn total shares outst. So must may have been some insider selling of the 1.7 myn options outst. per the proxy. Assume this is about to be reported. In any event, the appropriate fully diluted shares outst. is about 3.3 myn. This is interesting--more later.
