Let's talk. Did you guys see that the phenominal revenue increases from 1996 to the present have all come from licensing? The first six months of 1999 has already exceeded last YEAR's revenues. Now look at those margins! The companies' licensing revenue amounted to 5.9 million for the first six months of this year, the cost of those revenues was only 465 thousand. Has anybody seen better margins? The biggest expense I see is in Sales and Marketing wich is to expected from a young company.

One question: Where does all this licensing revenue come from? Once Active Software, software is installed on a computer they just keep getting licensing revenue? If so, why not just back up the truck and load up this stock? Comments appreciated.

Regards,

Risky
