Roy, the key is the aquisition news!! we have been waiting 8 months for JOES to put something together. there have been rumors that it is close to being ready. without it there is NOTHING!! 2 locations have closed(one diner, one koo koo roo), 2 other locations have been cancelled. obviously everything is being put into the new deal. the longer the delay the lower we will go. There is no support level because we have already broken thru the 52 week low of .41. Those of us holding believe the deal will be made. hopefully sooner ,not later. david
