jd, rumor on the Street is that Allen (and Gates) are done selling. But one never can really tell until after the fact.

I don't disagree with you that MSFT would sell off if the Market corrects or the DOJ pulls an upset. But my point is what other stocks out there would you want to be in other than MSFT if the Market did sell off, and how likely do you think the DOJ will win the case in the near term? I think the answer is clear...MSFT offers tremendous upside from these levels if the Market cooperates, while providing significant protection on the downside if the Market decides not to cooperate. One last word on the Trial, if MSFT does lose Round 1 in this battle, I will back the truck up and load up on the stock...once in a five year potential type buying opportunity if the Market panics, which I doubt would even happen. All that good luck in the Appeals process has provided some confidence on that front.
