I just hope MSFT's management realizes that great stock performance leads to ---great sales which in turn leads to great hype for its software--- which then leads people to forget about Linux etc.----leading to greater sales and so on..... It is a strange "cycle" but is one that is true in my opinion. I have witnessed it with companies like Dell. It does wonders for image. Believe it not, image does create revenue growth because subconsiously or consiously people want to be associated with a winner. I hope these guys understand this fundamental business principle (i think it may seem i am making this logic but that is how i feel) Have fun tomorrow everyone. I hope people are not thinking about profit taking on this stock. IMHO, that would be a major blunder for a long term type of investor.
