I have 2 question marks:

1) how is the shop-the-net.com doing ?
I did not see much evolution there and it is not discussed
My guess is that they are totally focused on the car market

2) New financing. I hope they have not and they will not
use floorless preferred stock/debentures as it would kill
the stock ( usual shorting )

Any clue ?
