Hi Eric, these mail programs interest me. They can't really be an Outlook Express because there are too many device specific issues. The mail server has to recognize these characteristics and deliver the proper mail. No attachments, and more and more people will be sending rich content in their mail. Also, there will be simple management issues.

How though do you see this within the sphere of what's currently available? Will we see the mail functions taken over by Phone.com at the server? Is there need or room for specialty mail?

And then you have the big mail companies like Software.com, Critical Path, etc. Software.com has a project with Sprint, and they have a large presence in traditional mail programs.

How do you see merging the value of voice mail into these offerings?

Regards,

Mark
