Yah, well I have ceramic tile downstairs. Ripped out the nasty wall-to-wall and installed the tiles myself. Not half bad. I'm so talented. I'd have installed wood, but these townhomes are prone to flooding. Someone's water heater springs a leak, or their clothes washer hose breaks, and everybody floods. A half hour with a wet vac on the ceramic tile and La Casa Freddy is back in business. Wimpy Lather would freeze here. Ceramic tile, and half the time my heater doesn't work. It's just like camping out.
