I don't know Viper, I wouldn't call paying $2 for a stock that is selling for $1.94 much of a discount. Must be that "new math" they used in schools for a few years.
Glenn just posted yesterday that the last funding shares went for $2. I don't see anything "sleazy" or deplorable about funding your company as you build. Remember they could have used an IPO and how many shares do you think we would all own then?
