Here is an excerpt from their recent quarterly report dated 8/13/99. Indicate the number of shares outstanding of the Issuer's Common stock, as of July 31, 1999: 1,577,597 More recent & applicable than the April filing imo. But comment on Yahoo quoted chairman as saying float today is 1.7 myn, with abt. 2.2 myn total shares outst. What comment are you referring to here? Hope you're not referencing a post from over there. So must may have been some insider selling of the 1.7 myn options outst. per the proxy. Assume this is about to be reported. In any event, the appropriate fully diluted shares outst. is about 3.3 myn. You know what they say about assume. Any share dilution would've had appropriate timely documentation. Haven't seen any yet. Until then, the float is 300k & outstanding shares at 1,577,597. s
