That would not be so bad. Bad is when I sign off with Sonki. I did THAT one time. I was going to post to her and then just signed her name to my post. I heard about that too. gg. Are you talking about buying property for renting purposes? In this high property market I would go with good stocks for the long haul. Nothing ever beats that for the long run. If you hold it for 1 year, you pay 20% tax. A rental property is regular income and when you sell it, it's fully taxable unless you sell your present home and move into the other for a period of time before you sell that. Lots of headaches too. Upkeep, being called for plumbing, damage and you name it. Been there, done that. gg. This is it for tonight. I will try for 8 hrs. sleep for a change. Or 6 or 7. Oh. Y2K. I was just kidding. I will get a cpl of weeks worth of stuff. Just in case. But some things could get messy. Sonny
