With all due respect towards you and the info you posted your timing and reappearance is questionable. The 4.2 million share PP is old and the investors had a chance to sell out the entire postion before during and after the launch of Version 3.when the volume was enormous and the stock hit 8 on 3 seperate occasions is likely when it was sold.It is not very likely that there is any remaining. nor any for sale at 2 when they could have gotten 3,4,56,7,or 8 per share months ago. The 1.162,920 shares that were issued to the CEO was made know a fact and addressed earlier see this attached link it is old news and in friendly hands those who follow the company or have done adequate DD knew this months ago alsohttp://www.techstocks.com/stocktalk/readmsg.aspx?msgid=10122602 1,056,16 shares in exchange for a promissary note under section 3(a)(9) needs further research as to time line of possible conversinon into the float. any information backed by facts would be relevent to the issue that you have created with these posts. 790,000 issed in February 1999 falls under revised rule 504 regulation D with a 1 year restriction.. and last but not least 5 million shares issued from Feb-Apr. 1999 under rule 506 of regulation D has a restriction from sale of 1 year from issue. I fail to see the immediate nature of this topic, although thanks for bringing it to the threads attention. I would assume JPC would finance this company using every method available and assure its success by doing it in friendly hands. Ottuckie Why is Tim acting like he doesnt know you, anyone who has been in since the beginning know you and Tim were associates from the start...not pointing fingers but your timing of matters from long ago is questionable as to the objectives..
