Not long ago I said we can all decide whether to buy shares when it dipped back to $0.10. We're almost there. I don't see anything stopping the slide since the web site's speed is still on life support, even at 1:30 a.m. EST. Their web site is fundamentally the most important part of the company and the current setup is not feasible to run a serious operation. They lose potential customers every day the site runs like a turtle. Rather than ask IR about the share price, the two questions you should ask them are (a) when do they plan to address the configuration of their satellite link so they give their web site adequate speed and (b) what happened to the trading volume.
