CTKT I'm in another time zone now, so can't do any justice to any DD right now, BUT, IC when you talk, these days, I listen.

Quickly though, it looks to me like it's just about oversold, and ready to turn around in the next couple of weeks, for another pop. Check the last few times the Williams%R has crossed, or hit the -50 line.. history repeats.

I'd keep an eye on the OTC:BB status list, but they have some time yet, and if they file soon, could be good.
