Got to hand it to Robinson. He gives new meaning to the terms diversification and M&A. It must be that new MBA. Buying at 50c was a risky no brainer if > $1 was needed for listing. Up 300+% ! That helps but I've read the M&A release several times and my immediate reaction is one word...confusion. Need help here. Quick comments...There's value hidden somewhere in all this for someone (and just possibly for street shareholders) that's not obvious right now. * Can someone please translate present day TCXXF value to .com + oil + covertibles + whatever else value ? * EZuz is actually a real company I've never neard of.....especially w/ Inktomi ! Test drove the site with favorable results & pricing. Do I hear IPO + $mill of cash infusion hopefully in Jan/Feb 2K...to fund mega oil exploration ? * eZuz will be low overhead w/ ad revenue - many .coms have million $ market caps based on ad revs alone. * So current common s/h end up with ONLY 13% of post-exchange Class A BUT shareholders of record (in redemption of those preferreds) at the special meeting will get 2:1 of Tacer Int'l (which includes the coveted secret IRAN oil asset/s). Huh ? Is this like a seperate tracking stock and how does this tally with the 4:1 ? Possible that the real value lies in the yet undisclosed Tracer/Iran thing with others leveraging into a larger piece of the you know what. * And which company trades and doesn't trade ? TCXXF or EZUZ So far this feels like your average reverse stock split with a shopping .com thrown in as consulation prize coupled with death spiral damage control. This board has changed. Don't see any old timers pounding the board. Did they become convertibles ?
