Oh I have a few more questions... Like what was the 20K share of stock suppose to be for what service. Was it a promotion scenario or what underlying service was the basis for this requested stock. You know the SEC wants to know or feels that a negotiation for compensation has to be disclosed on every post. Since Chuck is compensated by NUKE then he should know the rules of compensation.

I have been emailed that the dollar amount he was attempting to raise was $20,000.00 so I want to know what the underlying service or basis was for this amount also.

I also want to know if he is in future negotiations to be compensated cash or stock and for what underlying service. Also what associates or affiliates are connected to this request for compensation.

There is a lot more. I am not alone in wanting to expose the opposite of Pump and Dump which is Short and Distort. Now someone maybe selling shares or it could be shorting or it could be MM manipulation or it could be a combination of all three. Chuck also makes a point of knowing about 6M shares that has not been disclosed by the company not the TA so I want to know is if this mysterious 6M was compensation and to whom.

Just getting started on this but I believe something is not exactly right in cyberworld. WHere as the company has bent over backwards to prove it is not the company that has caused the fall of this stock. The are just as perplexed as we are.

The truth will emerge before it is over with.
