Check under newsalert.com. Quote there shows 108,000,000 shares traded. Release talks about change of control. 71 million shares issued for a lousy million dollars and change. Also the 71 million is only 15% of the fully diluted float. Unbelievable. Are they in default on the payment to Sao Taome?
