This is not a pretty picture and I am glad now that I sold.

Existing shareholders need to keep in mind that the techcorp deal will dilute by about 25% so the company has to increase earnings by 25% just to stay even. The BS spouted about why results are down don't wash. How come Trican Well didn't experience the same problems especially in the last qtr.
