Three Year Agreement Fosters Continued Success of Seamless Help Desk Solution for SPECTRUM

The Action Request System® (AR System(TM)) Gateway enables users to efficiently detect, track, and resolve network problems and service requests. The AR System Gateway developed by SPECTRUM, ties SPECTRUM alarms into Remedy's Action Request System. This allows network administrators to create a workflow process for support staff while automatically capturing a database of information to use for problem solving.
