the question must be asked, since ntop uses idtc backbone for calls, and idtc has had a focus on sur america and the hispanic community with the portal, pre-paid internet, telefonica deal for minutes and backbone purchase to south america, what is the larger plan that idtc will announce sometime in the future concerning south america?
