So we get 1 share of Ultra Holdings and .25 of a share of UHI. I believe the press release says 1 share of the new RIS and 0.25 share of Ultra Holdings (UHI). This is the same as in a previous press release. The 'news' here is the increase in UBRT shares and the new name for the new RIS. Yours truly Brian Diggle
