I'm perplexed. Occasionally, on Stockwatch, I will see a trade or two for DCEG, but there are no bids or asks. Also, I can't get a proper quote on any other quote server, yet occasionally a trade will show up. I realize DCEG is a "pink sheets" OTC BB stock right now, and the best I can find is at: stockmaster.com
Also, can anybody explain what this 10SB is (is there a Canadian equivalent)? What are the implications, etc.? I'm trying to make heads/tails of the August 17 news release.
Finally, one thing I find interesting is that .COM, a Buffalo, NY company, has a lot of Canadian ties, including a Canadian office in T.O. But being predominantly American, why would they use Canadian auditors and solicitors? Isn't it easier to conduct their business with companies who would know the rules and laws of the jurisdiction? Not that I disagree with it or anything -- just scratching my head.
