"With the dilution on the USW deal, BLS doesn't have 10% anymore. Correct?"

Unless and until the QWST/USW merger is consummated, BLS "does" have about 10% of QWST's outstanding shares. After consummation, it "will not" have 10% anymore. I have not read the Anschutz-BLS sale agreement and do not know whether BLS has a *right* to purchase additional shares from the Anschutz interests (rather than the open market) to maintain its 10% interest. I also don't know what the regulatory restrictions on BLS's owning shares of QWST (or even shares of USW prior to the merger for that matter) are, and any such restrictions (just like any current ownership of USW shares) could also affect BLS's percentage of QWST ownership post-merger.

I think I need more summer vacation so I can find out what I don't know. 8-)

Regards,
Harry
