Kemble, you are one of my many favorite posters here, not just because you are a positive person, but also because you bring great simplicity to the hard work of knowing what is important, what is real. Case in point: "So,Howard...I ask you three questions:.. 1. Do you TRUST Tom Meredith? 2. The man does the numbers doesn't he? 3. Why wouldn't you scream BUY DELL for everyone you knew? " In regards to DellConnect, imagine how a competitor must feel that makes large sums of money off of hardware service to customers. Imagine what the customers will do when they see Dell automating 50% of the service. Imagine what that does for the outlook future of the service revenue for IBM? Cheers Mike
