Rob - I am certain that the original projections were "20MM per day by the end of the year" and NOT as an average over the one year period. If Fred's more current statement in SIN speaks to an "average volume of 10MM per day in the first year", then you are correct that the April statement and the August statement may not be inconsistent at all.
