I think that most phone companies do offer it. I've had it in Montreal, Toronto, and Boston. IIA advertises that their service is available across US and Canada, so I assume that the busy call forwarding is also.

Yeah, I've had FMI since 2.85 (then watched it go to ~1.50), but held to sell most at 18.00. Still have the rest. Don Lay is very good, I've always gotten great info from him.
