The warning was about the web site, not the article. As for "With due diligence, we are responsible...", are you saying that UPCA investors should have known enough to call the Colorado prison system to verify that Alfred Flores was in prison for attempted murder when he said he was in Spain curing patients with AIDS? I hope we haven't gotten so used to con artists that we blame ourselves for falling for their schemes. As for my definition of "con artist" (as regards the stock market), it's anyone who knowingly uses false and/or misleading information for the purposes of enticing people to invest in their company.
