And now you start to understand why it was a bullish move as Tef and the market have pointed out. Unlikely Belluzzo would leave SGI if he was not going to be spun off and become CEO (#1) of the new company. I have talked to people who have worked for him and they say he is extremely motivated and bright. If Belluzzo had stayed at HP he would be CEO today without a doubt (Platt retired recently).
