I'd sell all of it, and short CSCC. The fact that they are merging doesn't rescue CSCC's earnings problem---it masks it for now. Should the deal not materialize CSCC should fall down by itself.

Screaming CSCC short, IMHO.

I feel for ASND shareholders, shafted big time.
