I don't have time at the moment to check it out, but if that strike price is 6.625, and expire in 18 months like my {often faulty} memory banks recall... other than the tax consequences it sure looks worth checking into selling your stock and buying the "warrants" to protect our butts on the downside! Check the strike and expiration first please!!!!!! I don't have time at the moment and only own the warrants. DAK
