S.W, I agree with your views on the matter of Offshore Residency,

be it Personal or Corporate: it doesn't absolve one when crime has been comitted, except in the case of Taxes, when the Offshore Country Laws do not make Income Tax avoidance a crime. My view is that since these Gaming Companies already have their servers offshore, why not move the Corporate residency there as well and benefit from a Taxation Holiday at the same time?...

I am aware of the current pressures from the OECD Countries and the USA, but we're still about 5 years away from any real hardship becoming apparent...
