. . . . OUTPACERS LIST. . . . . . 08/25/99 This is a new one. But this time I took into consideration those that had incredible volume, as well as those that had big gains. I left out what I considered to be momentum plays. This will take you to the watch board for Outpacers for today. The most fascinating thing about this list?? ? ? No. . . .not again. Please don't say it. <smirk> Yup. . . you guessed it. Nearly every stock listed in the outpacers list has a broadband strategy and will not be overlooked when broadband takes America by storm. These will be the winnners then. . . and are certainly the winners now. . . . I would not ignore this list. Rande Is
