It doesn't matter David, that co's worth two and a half billion bucks. If they stock swap for INPR they get the cash, the posh campus and all those loyal but misguided customers. Plus they take the 180 plus million in revenue which maybe, just maybe another management team could squeeze a profit out of after unloading that resort and canning the inept INPR management. Is Rose overpriced? Well, I would have paid you to take it away when I was directed to deliver an OOD using it a back in '94. Speaking of Rose, what is the deal with Inprise's (doens't that just roll off the tongue?) patent? There are rumors about violations at Rational and Symantec.
