Mike, Hi!!! RE: In regards to DellConnect, imagine how a competitor must feel that makes large sums of money off of hardware service to customers. Imagine what the customers will do when they see Dell automating 50% of the service. Imagine what that does for the outlook future of the service revenue for IBM?
