Exactly, ActiveAssets has set up their on-line business to business auction model similar to that of Gordon Bros Auctions who is acting as partner to LLC the auctioneer for liquidation of Eaton's assets. 100 million dollars was given to Eatons by LLC & Gordon Bros and anything received above 100 million would be split between Eatons and LLC/Gordon Bros. Good business for LLC/Gordon Bros. When big companies slip and fall, downsize, or wish to dispose of marketable assets, ActiveAssets will be there in the near future to pick up the pieces.
