I detect that "the stage is being set" for a string of positive developments over the next few months, and especially the next 2-3 weeks. I've loaded up on WIN, and am now looking forward to the next leg up in stock price. Once $12 is breached, $14-16 should be the next resting point. I suspect that a year from now, we'll be looking back and thinking that $10/share was a real deal. This company is really coming together. Cheers! S/S
