As far as I can determine is (and I will stand corrected), WAVC has issued stock to Soverign Partnership, L.P. with warrants equal up to 2,978,473 shares and representing 6.6% of the outstanding stock. I have no idea what WAVC was paid in money and/or services for this exchange. One may be able to find out by calling Investor Relations.
