Well, excuuuuuse me! You're the one who wrote: "I doubt that MVEE will become fully reporting in 60 days or even in six months." I guess that's from your experience with JAWS. I GOT out of that one a LOOOOONG time ago. ON FILING: Audited results are supposed to be included with the merger proxy. Filing with the SEC will occur when the proxy is approved (or not).
