That's a really bizarre paragraph. "does not include a disk drive, CD-ROM or other external drives."...Maybe I'm parsing the phrase unfairly...but that is an odd construction to me. "and will rely on USB ports... " Well that's ok by itself...but in the same sentence on what might be referring to IDE or SCSI...and then it shifts to "ISA ports"...I'm used to ISA buses and ISA connector...but a ISA ports?

Where did the par. come from?

On a separate but related note regarding electronic support..

Computer help at touch of button, Dell says

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Help for stricken computers will be just the touch of a button away under a new customer support program unveiled by Dell
Computer Corp (NASDAQ: DELL) on Wednesday.

The direct-sales computer giant said it will begin equipping its products with a "Resolution Assistant" button that will immediately connect a troubled machine to Dell's
Internet site for diagnosis and, in many cases, resolution of the problem.

The company said this was the beginning of a move to "self- healing" computers.
