I hate to sound like a sour puss

but when you start hearing rumors
being spread like AOL buying MGIC,
it's often started by insiders who
want to get out at a high price.

AOL already has so much technology
to deal with from NetScape that I
doubt they really need MGIC for any
premium price. Besides, AOL is a
closed system that provides it's
18mil members with exclusive links
to other sites, why would it want
such open transactional software?

Wouldn't it be funny if WEBT or the
like bought them to expand thier
net software solution offerings?

I really would only play this on
momentum and volume and forget
about the rumors that may be
driving this activity.

remember, JagNotes only publishes
other newletter comments; it is by
no means a reliable authority.
